Promotion Terms and Conditions “Autumn Discounts”

Definitions

1. Organizer (Tapiso) – Tapiso spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Tapiso sp. z o.o.), with its registered office in Warsaw (00-240), Al. Solidarności 68/121, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under no. KRS 0000947758, VAT ID (NIP): 5252893112, share capital: PLN 50,000, e-mail: shop@tapiso.co.uk, tel. +48 22 26 62 559.

2. Promotion – the promotion entitled “Autumn Discounts”, governed by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Terms and Conditions – these promotion terms and conditions.

4. Store – the online store operated under the domain tapiso.co.uk and managed by the Organizer.

5. Promotional Products – all products available on the Store’s website.

6. Participant – any entity (natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality but having legal capacity by law) purchasing Promotional Products from the Organizer.

7. Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Participant and the Organizer pursuant to the Store Terms and Conditions.

§ 2
General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of the “Autumn Discounts” Promotion.

2. The Organizer is Tapiso sp. z o.o. (details as in § 1.1).

3. The Promotion runs from 15 September 2025 to 16 October 2025.

§ 3
Participants

1. Any entity referred to in § 1.6 may participate in the Promotion.

2. Participation is voluntary.

3. Participation requires making a purchase as specified in § 4.

§ 4
Conditions of Participation and Course of the Promotion

1. For the duration of the Promotion, the Organizer applies a 15% discount to the Promotional Products.

2. To benefit from the Promotion, the Participant must conclude a Sales Agreement via the Store during the promotional period (in accordance with the Store Terms and Conditions available at tapiso.co.uk).

3. The discount is already included in the price of the Promotional Products displayed on the website.

4. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, special price or product offers in force in the Store, unless otherwise stated in the conditions of such actions.

5. The Participant may use the Promotion multiple times during its validity.

6. The discount does not apply to delivery/shipping costs.

§ 5
Returns and Complaints Related to the Promotion

1. Any complaint concerning the course of the Promotion may be submitted by registered mail, courier or e-mail.

2. Addresses for complaints:
   a) by post: Tapiso sp. z o.o., Al. Solidarności 68/121, 00-240 Warsaw, Poland;
   b) by e-mail: shop@tapiso.com.

3. The Organizer will inform the Participant of the outcome using the same means as used to submit the complaint.

4. The Organizer will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

5. Returns of Promotional Products are handled in accordance with the Store Terms and Conditions available at tapiso.co.uk.

§ 6
Personal Data Processing

1. The data controller is the Organizer.

2. Detailed information on personal data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy published on the Store’s website (tapiso.co.uk).

§ 7
Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions may be printed, saved or downloaded at any time from the Store’s website.

2. For matters not regulated herein, the Store Terms and Conditions available at tapiso.co.uk shall apply.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and to suspend, interrupt or end the Promotion early; any amendments will not affect rights already acquired by Participants.

4. The parties will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. The governing law is Polish law.

5. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 15 September 2025.
